STANDARD DELIVERY

Free delivery for all orders
In most cases, the delivery takes between 5 and 15 working days from receipt of the order. However, delivery can take longer as we work with external logistics partners. We kindly ask for your understanding.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express delivery costs: EUR 39.90
You will receive the desired item on the following working day. It is particularly important that you place the order from Monday to Friday until 13 pm. There will be no Saturday delivery with CESKA POSTA - DPD - FEDEX - GLS - UPS. Delivery might be delayed by one working day when there´s a Sunday / Bank holiday between placing the order and delivery. Shipment takes place from Czechia or Spain.
Delivery is made by our logistics partner CESKA POSTA - DPD - FEDEX - GLS - UPS, from Monday to Friday. Please note that CESKA POSTA - DPD - FEDEX - GLS - UPS always requires the recipient´s signature. Therefore, delivery can only exclusively be made to a designated person, possibly to a family member or a neighbor as well. If the logistics partner is unable to deliver the parcel to you, he/she will attempt to redeliver the parcel to you on three consecutive working days. Generally, the logistics partner will leave a notice of non-delivery in your letterbox after each attempt to deliver. If the logistics partner is unable to deliver the parcel to you on the third attempt, the parcel will be stored for a further 5 working days at the CESKA POSTA - DPD - FEDEX - GLS - UPS depot from where you can collect it. The address and telephone number of the delivery depot can be found on the CESKA POSTA - DPD - FEDEX - GLS - UPS notice of non-delivery.
Please use our alternative delivery address service and have your order comfortably delivered to your workplace, for example. Please note that the order billing address and the order delivery address must be in the same country. Please note that deliveries to addresses for general delivery, to a PO Box or BFPO addresses, are not possible.
Undeliverable packages
In case your package can not be delivered, this will be returned to us and then automatically credited by our returns department. If you have already paid the invoice amount, we will arrange the corresponding reversal of the credit amount.

Tips for storing and caring for MONTE CRISTO jewellery
Items of MONTE CRISTO jewellery are generally made from Sterling Silver and 14K or 18K Gold. Correct and regular care can prolong the durability of the jewellery.
To ensure you enjoy your precious and beautiful jewellery for as long as possible, you should follow a few basic rules:
1. Rings and other items of jewellery should preferably not be worn while working in the house or garden, for Sterling Silver:while swimming (in salt or chlorinated water) or during sports.
2. The jewellery should be taken off before going to bed and prior to showering.
3. Perfume and hairspray can remove the sheen and the brilliance of the jewellery. For this reason, it is advisable to use perfume, hairspray and other cosmetics before putting on the jewellery.
4. Imitation pearls must not come into contact with perfume, make-up or hairspray. Their coating is damaged by alcohol or other solvents. It should be stored separate from other jewellery, ideally in a fabric pouch or wrapped in a soft cloth. This will prevent your imitation pearls being scratched. Please note: imitation pearl jewellery must not be exposed to sunlight. The UV radiation in sunlight damages and bleaches the pearls.
Cleaning
Soap, crème and make-up residues can be removed using an ultrasound device. The ultrasound device should not contain aggressive cleaning agents. For best results, use water and a neutral detergent.
Immerse the jewellery for approx. 10 seconds and then rinse thoroughly under hot water and rub dry using a cloth or a hairdryer.
Blackened items of jewellery should not be cleaned using a dipping bath or polished with a cloth as these may remove the blackening.
Items of jewellery with imitations pearls, lapis lazuli, coral, turquoise, mother-of-pearl or hematite are not suitable for cleaning in a dipping bath.

WARRANTY
Your MONTE CRISTO jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. The prerequisite is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the jewellery at a MONTE CRISTO-owned sales outlet or at the MONTE CRISTO Online Shop. The Warranty provider is PRINCESS JEWELLERY S.R.O., Václavské náměstí 785/28, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic
We will repair your MONTE CRISTO jewellery within this two-year warranty period following the date of purchase free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deemed too expensive, we will exchange the jewellery against jewellery of equal value free of charge. The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as leather straps and satin ribbons, abuse or if the jewellery is damaged, for example during an accident. The PRINCESS JEWELLERY S.R.O.. warranty does not affect your rights as stipulated in warranty legislation. These remain valid even in the event of you exercising your rights under the PRINCESS JEWELLERY S.R.O. warranty.
To take advantage of our warranty service, you can return the defective jewellery to any MONTE CRISTO-owned sales outlet within this two-year warranty period. It is essential that you include your purchase receipt when sending in your item/s. Please also include your e-mail address so that we can contact you in the event of queries. To be able to reimburse your transport costs in the event of a warranty claim, please include a copy of the transport cost receipt. For reimbursement, please also include your bank details (which will, of course, be handled confidentially).

For your own security, we would like to point out that defective jewellery should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with a return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.
REPAIR SERVICE
Defective MONTE CRISTO jewellery not covered by the warranty can be repaired for you for a fee insofar as the repair is deemed possible by PRINCESS JEWELLERY S.R.O. Please note that we can only provide a repair service if it is possible to return the product to its original, perfect condition, all spare parts required for the repair are available and no third-party repair has been attempted on the article.
We also maintain a repairs warehouse of stones and other components for older collections. However, we cannot guarantee spares parts for all items of jewellery.
To take advantage of our repair service, you can return the defective jewellery to any MONTE CRISTO-owned sales outlet.

MONTE CRISTO has no fixed repair prices. We will furnish you with a non-binding quotation and you can then decide whether you wish to have the repair carried out and what you would like to have repaired. Please note that the transport costs from you and to you will also be added. You will also have to pay for these even if you decide not to have the repair carried out.
